I am a licensed clinical social worker. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and relationship patterns. I have extensive, varying experience working with adults and families. I enjoy supporting people gain the skills they need to feel successful and create a path forward into their future. Working together we will focus on self-identified goals using a strengths-based perspective. We will explore mindfulness tools and coping techniques that can be put into practice during challenging moments. We will craft a safe space to discuss identified struggles.
